# Plans and limits (https://prood.com/docs/billing/plans)

Every store starts on Free. Paid plans aren't billed yet, and we'll give you notice before billing starts. Paid plans are coming.

## Plans [#plans]

| Plan | Monthly | Products | Orders a month | Seats | Custom domains | Agent Auth | Admin API keys |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Free** | €0 | 50 | 100 | 1 | 1 | No | No |
| **Grow** | €29 | 500 | 1,000 | 3 | 3 | Yes | Yes |
| **Scale** | €79 | Unlimited | Unlimited | 10 | Unlimited | Yes | Yes |
| **Agency** | €199 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Up to 100 | Unlimited | Yes | Yes |

Prices are in euros. Prood charges by plan, not by sale. Your payment provider's fee is the only fee on a sale.

Paid plans can't be bought yet. Running several client stores? Email us at hello@prood.com.

## Where the limits apply [#where-the-limits-apply]

Free limits are live today.

| Limit | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| Products | At your limit you can't add more |
| Orders a month | New orders are refused until the next month |
| Seats | Free has one seat, the owner. Team invites start on Grow |
| Custom domains | At your limit you can't add another |
| Agent Auth | With Agent Auth, an AI agent starts with nothing until you approve it for your store. After that it keeps the public catalog, and anything else needs your approval. Agent Auth starts on Grow |
| Admin API keys | Free keys reach the public storefront API: catalog, carts and placing orders. Reading your orders and customers by API, and all admin writes, start on Grow |

Removing Prood branding is coming later.

Paid plans can't be bought yet. If you're close to a limit, email hello@prood.com.

Developers can read how limits are checked in [ENFORCEMENT.md](https://github.com/rodrigobarona/prood-commerce-platform/blob/main/packages/billing/ENFORCEMENT.md) in the source repo.
