What every store gets today, and what's coming later.
- Catalog
- Products with prices, descriptions and an in-stock switch.
- Hosted checkout
- Multibanco and MB WAY. Cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where you've enabled them. Shoppers pay on Prood's checkout page, then return to your store.
- Orders
- Fulfill, cancel or refund. Refunds run through Stripe and, for MB WAY and cards, Easypay. Others you record in the dashboard.
- Custom domains
- Add your domain and we provision it, HTTPS included.
- Team
- Invites start on Grow. Everyone signs in with their own account.
- Shipping
- Fixed for now: Standard 15.00 in your currency (5 to 7 days), Express 35.00 (1 to 2 days). Your store shows these to shoppers. Setting your own rates is coming later.
- Tax
- Prices are what you enter. Prood doesn't calculate VAT or issue invoices yet.
- Photo upload, coupons, store export

- The demo store
- It's sample data, and it doesn't take orders. We loaded its photos, categories and sizes directly. The dashboard can't add any of them yet. The API can add categories and sizes, starting on Grow.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. You get a live store, checkout through your own payment accounts and one custom domain, with no subscription.
Does Prood take a percentage of my sales?
No. Prood charges by plan, not by sale. Stripe, Easypay and Ifthenpay charge their own processing fees.
When will paid plans be billed?
Not yet. Every store starts on Free today, and the limits on this page show what each plan will include. We'll give you clear notice before billing starts.
What happens if I go over a Free limit?
Free limits apply today. At 50 products you can't add more, and at 100 orders in a month new orders are refused until the next month. Paid plans can't be bought yet, so email hello@prood.com if you're close.
What is Agent Auth?
It lets AI agents use the same API as your dashboard. With Agent Auth, an AI agent starts with nothing until you approve it for your store. After that it keeps the public catalog, and anything else needs your approval. You see every capability the agent asks for and approve or deny the request as a whole. Approved access ends after an hour idle, or 24 hours at most. Then the agent asks again. Agent Auth is coming with Grow.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Add the domain in the dashboard, point your DNS and we set up HTTPS for you.
